We don’t want gatekeepers. We want ears on the street. DA7MG is building an A&R team made up of real music people — the ones who hear a record before it blows, who know their city, and who move when they hear something special.
An A&R at DA7MG is not a desk job. You are a scout, a connector, and a believer. Your job is to find artists, bring them to the house, and help them get heard — from Wilmington to the world.
HOW IT WORKS
You find an artist with real talent and a real work ethic. You bring them to DA7MG. Alex reviews them personally. If they sign, you stay connected to their journey — and you earn from it.
WHAT AN A&R DOES
Find the talent. Listen everywhere — in your city, online, and in rooms most people never enter.
Bring them home. Connect the artist to DA7MG and help them get in front of Alex.
Stand behind them. When your artist signs, you stay in their corner. Their win is your win.
WHAT YOU EARN
A DA7MG A&R earns 25% of the house’s cut on every artist they bring who signs. No fees. No upfront cost. No pay-to-play. The house cut on a DA7MG release is 10–20%, and the A&R’s 25% comes from the house’s share — never from the artist’s royalties.

Experience is not required. Approval is not based on experience. It is earned in the review.
